O de V - The Italian Gin - White, 0.20cl (Without box)

It was a long journey to our "Italian Gin". We started from a few basic ideas: combining an alcoholic base with our "Mediterranean vodka" and the concept of a complex, fragrant, sensual gin. I don't know how others make their gin, but we began by capturing the components of its soul: delicious, fruity, aromatic, full-bodied. Then all we had to do was experiment to identify each one. That's why I answer everyone who asks for the recipe: a joy of experimenting, curiosity, and imagination. That is the recipe for our "Italian Gin". Then come capers, chinotto fruit, bergamot, citron, dried orange peel, cardamom, hibiscus, dried rosemary, vanilla pods, and more.

The Italian Gin "White" is a dry gin of wine origin (obtained by distilling partially fermented wine). As with vodka, with gin, we also pursue the idea of the "MEDITERRANEAN DISTILLATE." The Mediterranean means sun. The sun means roundness, softness, complexity, explosive aromas. We followed this idea by trying to determine the recipe of botanicals that characterize "Black" and "White."

White is an extremely fragrant, complex, and elegant gin, which, thanks to the use of figs and a stronger presence of vanilla berries, is sensual and soft (more so than Black). In short, a "super gin" that makes a Moscow Mule a much more elegant, fragrant, and complex experience.
