Revoke contract

Have you concluded a contract with us via our online shop and would like to revoke it? You can declare your revocation directly online using the following function - simply, free of charge and without registration.

Here's how to revoke in two steps:

1. Provide details. Enter your name, your order or contract number, and the email address for the confirmation of receipt in the form. If you only want to revoke part of your order, please also specify the affected items.
2. Confirm revocation. Check your details and click on the "Confirm revocation" button. Your declaration of revocation will only be bindingly transmitted to us with this step.

Immediately after receipt, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us by email, which contains the content of your declaration of revocation as well as the date and time of receipt.
