O de V - The Italian Gin - Black, 0.20cl (Without box)

It was a long journey to our “Italian Gin”. We started with a few basic ideas; the combination of an alcoholic base with our "Mediterranean vodka" and the idea of a complex, fragrant, sensual gin. I don't know how others make their gin, but we started by capturing the components of its soul: palatable, fruity, aromatic, full-bodied.

Then we just had to experiment to identify each one. That's why I answer anyone who asks for the recipe: joy of experimentation, curiosity and imagination. That's the recipe for our "Italian Gin". Then come capers, chinotto fruit, bergamot, citron, dried orange peel, cardamom, hibiscus, dried rosemary, vanilla pods and more.

The Italian Gin - Black is a dry gin of wine origin (obtained by distilling partially fermented wine).

As with vodka, we also pursue the idea of "MEDITERRANEAN DISTILLATE" with gin. The Mediterranean means sun. The sun means roundness, softness, complexity, explosive aromas.

We pursued this idea and tried to determine the recipe for the botanicals that characterize "Black" and "White". Black is a very fragrant, complex and elegant gin, quite soft, but less soft than the "White" variant due to a lower presence of vanilla berries, the absence of figs and a slight smoky note of rosemary. In short, a "super gin" that makes a gin and tonic such a pleasant and satisfying experience that it becomes an alternative to wine.
