EVO FUMO - Grappa Riserva, 50cl

Marcello Bruschetti's life was changed by an encounter with Luciano Brotto. It was in June 2010 when Luciano, at the "Vini nel Mondo" event in beautiful Spoleto, insisted that he try his latest "experiment." Marcello immediately fell in love with this "experiment."

It fueled his dreams and inspired him, with Luciano's support, to initiate an ambitious project. They wanted to create new, unique products with strong personality and international projection, entirely in the Italian tradition.

Their distillates were to be characterized by great elegance and grace, while production would be based on several pillars: experimenting with native wood types used in refinement, sophisticated smoking of pomace, and "playing" with woods already used in the production of other products. Their goal was to achieve a limited range of products, distinct from each other and, above all, from other distillates on the market.

• Coloring: intense brown with amber reflections
