As with vodka, we also pursue the idea of the \"MEDITERRANEAN DISTILLATE\" with gin. The Mediterranean means sun. The sun means roundness, softness, complexity, explosive aromas. We pursued this idea by trying to determine the botanical recipe that characterizes \"Black\" and \"White\".\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhite is an extremely perfumed, complex, and elegant gin that, thanks to the use of figs and a stronger presence of vanilla berries, is sensual and soft (more so than Black).
